On November 14th and 15th, Dispatch no. 317/2022-XXII and no. 318/2022-XXII of the Secretary State for Tax Affairs were published. Both dispatches contain measures to support companies and voluntary compliance with their tax obligations, which consider the economic and social impact resulting from the current inflationary context, accentuated by the current situation of war in Ukraine.
