Integrated Management System (ISO 9001/IEC 27001)
The implementation of a Quality Management System was one of the great challenges of the company successfully completed. Since 2014, Conceito has been certified by APCER with the NP EN ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management System standard.
This system combines strategic vision and business practices already implemented and developed in the provision of services to clients, aiming to obtain a service of excellence, focusing on the experience of the Company and the accuracy of its staff and managers.
The scope of this certification includes: accounting; payroll processing; tax and management consulting; process dematerialisation; other financial/management support services.

Offer personalized BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services developed by a competent team that is constantly updating its technical knowledge;

Resort to partnerships (whenever recommended) in order to satisfy the needs and expectations of the clients and all stakeholders;

Develop new services adding value to the services provided to clients;

Ensure that its activities are in accordance with all relevant legislative, regulatory, and normative provisions;

Comply with the NP EN ISO 9001 standard and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

Meet the specific requests made by each client with high technical capacity;

Provide the necessary resources and resort to partnerships;

Ensure that the technical knowledge of its team is constantly updated, leading to improved and innovative services;

Seek to be a reference organisation in the sector.
Within the scope of Information Security, Conceito’s goal is to implement the adequate measures (including, among others, systems, infrastructure, resources, and controls) that guarantee the integrity, availability and confidentiality of the information assets, in order to avoid their potential alteration, destruction, theft, copying, counterfeiting and other existing threats, whether accidental or not.
Thus, Conceito undertakes to:

Provide a service of excellence to its clients thus contributing to the creation of value in their business activities and guaranteeing the protection of their information assets.

Continuously improve its information security strategy by updating policies frequently, verifying the effectiveness of the implemented measures, training and communicating documented information and following up on situations reported as having an impact on the organisation.

Ensure that its activities are in accordance with all relevant legislative, regulatory, and normative provisions;

Observe the ISO/IEC 27001 standard, complying with the principles of Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability and continuously improving the effectiveness of the Management System.
This Information Security Policy applies to:

All sites, areas, internal collaborators that have access to Conceito’s information systems;

Relevant suppliers that may access Conceito’s information systems;

All the information systems, regardless of the technology that supports them;
-
All types of information created or used regardless of its format or storage medium.
